Returns & refunds

At this time all sales are final and we do not offer the chance to refund goods purchased. However if the product arrives to your home in substandard condition we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. Please get in contact with our customer service team if you have any such issues.

Shipping and processing times

We will endeavour to have your product shipped within 3-5 business days of order, however due to our supplier being located overseas shipping times can range between 3-4 weeks.

Is the toy machine washable?

The 12 carrots that are part of the item and the removable cover are in fact machine washable, however the inner portion should only be handwashed.

Where are the toys made?

Our company designs the toys right here in Australia, production occurs in China where we are able to work closely with a supplier to provide excellent quality items at low prices.
